Plans have been approved for Nautilus 211, a 332-unit, 106,838-m2 (1.15 million-sf) luxury condominium project with mixed-use components that will rise along the Intracoastal Waterway in Lake Park, Florida.
Nautilus 211 was designed by RD Architects of Miami, and Kast Construction will be the general contractor (GC). The interiors were created by Steven G design team of Fort Lauderdale.
Nautilus 211 will be the largest development project in the town’s history. The project’s two, 23-story towers will offer unobstructed views across the Intracoastal Waterway to the Atlantic Ocean.
In addition to the condos, the 1-ha (2.78-acre) site will also include 1208 m2 (13,000 sf) of office space, 749 m2 (8058 sf) of retail, and 1352 m2 (14,550 sf) of space for two waterfront restaurants. Five floors of parking will offer 863 spaces.
Nautilus 211 will be directly adjacent to the 87-slip Lake Park Harbor Marina, with access for ships up to 43 m (140 ft).
Construction is expected to begin in fall with completion estimated in summer 2023.
