West Main, a mixed-use project with unique design elements in Bellevue, spans more than 95,690 m2 (1.03 million sf) across three towers.

Crafted by Graphite Design Group and Compton Design Office, the project features bespoke curtain wall patterns and a sleek white palette to integrate into the urban fabric.

An innovative design feature is the “flow” pattern on the facades, while three offset core designs maximize natural light and views and address practical concerns such as minimizing shadows and overlooking.

The elevation and open plaza design on 106th Avenue NE create an accessible, stair-free entrance to the building.

In collaboration with landscape architects at GGN, the development’s landscape is woven into its architectural surroundings, creating a cohesive and inviting environment.

Other features include design strategies to optimize natural light, a steadfast commitment to sustainability in pursuit of LEED Gold certification, and the strategic integration of art to activate public spaces.

West Main has attracted reputable tenants in the hospitality and tech industries, transforming Bellevue into a bustling destination rather than a transit point. By connecting Old Town to Downtown Bellevue, the project aims to enhance the city’s walkability and serves as a central hub in its evolving urban landscape.
