Built on the former site of an automobile repair garage, the 13,935 m2 (150,000 sf), four-story affordable housing community offers 111 units in South Bay.

Although the project kicked off in November 2021, it faced delays due to the pandemic and has now officially completed construction. It is Olson Construction’s first project with PATH Ventures, a nonprofit affordable housing developer and service provider.

In the LEED Gold certified complex, low-income and formerly displaced residents will have access to various onsite amenities including a community room with a shared kitchen, three counseling and conference rooms, yoga room, computer room, outdoor playground, secure bike storage, and ground-floor parking.

The building’s design will provide a high-quality living environment with integrated supportive services and communal spaces tailored to resident’s needs, as well as easy access to public transit.
