Several North American projects have won the 2019 American Concrete Institute (ACI) Excellence in Concrete Construction Awards.

The I-91 Brattleboro Bridge–Concrete Bridges to Nature in Brattleboro, Vermont, won in the infrastructure category. The Goethals Bridge Replacement Project: Elizabeth, New Jersey, was the runner-up in the same category.

The Metro State University of Denver–Aerospace & Engineering Building, Denver, Colorado, came second in the decorative concrete category.

The MGM National Harbor, Oxon Hill, Maryland, was placed second in the mid-rise buildings category. The Lake Peachtree Spillway Replacement project in Peachtree, Georgia, was the runner-up in the repair and restoration category.

The ACI Excellence in Concrete Construction Awards honor the visions of the most creative projects in the concrete industry, while providing a platform to recognize concrete innovation, technology, and excellence across the globe.
