Located in the Templeton Gap District of Paso Robles American Viticultural Area (AVA), Fulldraw Vineyard’s new construction highlights innovative and resilient materials.

The 1,172-m2 (12,620-sf) property consists of three buildings: a 647-m2 (6,972-sf) Fermentation Building and Barrel Aging, a 201-m2 (2,170-sf) Case Good Storage area, and a second phase hospitality building that will be completed by 2026.

The steel-framed building houses open-air fermentation spaces, and the materials used are clean-lined, yet resilient.

The new facilities have similarities with the existing facility and feature durable exterior materials, including painted and weathered steel, burnished concrete masonry bearing walls, and fiber cement cladding.

The two new structures are situated parallel to one another and shifted slightly in opposite directions. The steel-framed building houses open-air fermentation spaces, and the materials used are clean-lined, yet resilient. An integrated photovoltaic (PV) system will minimize future reliance on utility-provided energy.
