An 88-story Beaux-Arts style skyscraper named 520 Fifth Avenue topped out in Manhattan, designed by design studio Kohn Pedersen Fox.

The mixed-use skyscraper will rise 305 m (1,002 ft) and have 100 luxury apartments, residential amenities, office space, and a member’s club.

The tower will be clad in a facade of terracotta and enameled metal with expansive, arched windows.

It pays homage to the historic 20th-century Beaux-Arts buildings of New York, with an intricate design of tiered setbacks and grand arched windows.

The building’s interior renders consist of a neutral and jewel-tone palette, with tall ceilings and wood, brass, and crystalline accents.

The tower is slated for completion in 2025.
