It is not unusual to see deficiencies in mixing the components for this technology, some of which become apparent almost immediately upon installation.

USE OF SHIPPING CONTAINERS FOR BUILDINGS - MASTERFORMAT NUMBER? |
I’m searching for a MasterFormat number to use for shipping containers that are used for buildings… 13 34 23.13, Portable and Mobile Buildings could work, but given the extensive use of these containers these days there may be a better number to use—or maybe MasterFormat needs a new number? Seems like there are at least two categories—new and refurbished. I'm not concerned about the spec, various ISO standards already have that covered. I’m just looking for a MasterFormat number for the spec I'm writing.

PLEASE HELP WITH NATATORIUM STEEL? |
Does anyone have options as how to protect a structural truss in a high school natatorium within the chlorinated environment? Our standard has typically been Tnemec primer but another proposed option was galvanize the truss, sandblast imperfections, then apply the Tnemec primer. Truss sizes are 88DLH18 - J33, significant size and the current plan is to run fabric ducts through the joists. I appreciate any options, past successes, failed attempts on this scenario. I'm just looking for alternatives to present.
