The deleterious situation of the pool structure

The residential high-rise swimming pool was once a luxury amenity and is now as essential as indoor plumbing. It is common to locate a pool structure on top of an occupied space, such as on a rooftop, or over a garage. While a rooftop pool is a great amenity, it can come with great fiscal and physical liabilities. Rooftops were usually reserved for unsightly mechanical equipment or overflow parking.

TENSILE STRUCTURES
Has anyone recently specified a pre-engineered tensile structure as a delegated design? I would assume if it is pre-engineered, that meant it was already delegated? Can anyone comment about recent specification or experiences with delegated design as it pertains to a pre-engineered structure?

SOAP FINISH - WOOD FURNITURE - PRODUCT DATA/EXPERIENCE?
Has anyone on here had experience with or know of where I could find product data on what is called a "soap finish" used on wood? I have a project with a piece of furniture that was delivered with this finish on it (selected by and paid for by owner). Now that it is installed there is a concern (this is in a the waiting/entry area of a facility) that it may become stained from coffee or other beverage spills. The intent was to provide a very minimalistic appearance, which has been achieved, it is more of an ongoing maintenance/care concern at this point. Does anyone have experience with this type of finish, it’s durability, and what options are available for re-finishing a surface that has had this done to it?
