One of the keys to creating a high-performance open-office plan is to review the pros and cons of the design before committing to it. Understanding the cultural shift that the organization may have to make to accept this design also should not be overlooked. Good open-office designs include areas that can be used for focus and privacy, include social spaces, working collaboration spaces, and meeting rooms.
