RCI convention coming to Anaheim in March

RCI, an international association of building envelope consultants, will hold its 32^nd International Convention and Trade Show at the Anaheim Convention Center in California from March 16 to 21. More than 1300 people are expected to attend.

The event features live product demonstrations, a two-day trade show with more than 130 exhibitors, and building envelope design seminars totaling more than 25 hours. RCI and American Institute of Architects (AIA) members can obtain continuing education credits from these seminars, which focus on a wide variety of topics, including waterproofing, fall protection, wind performance, and roof design and installation.

A variety of networking events will also take place, including:

• the president-elect’s golf tournament and an opening reception on March 17;
• a grand opening celebration featuring a keynote speech by basketball player and sports broadcaster Bill Walton on March 18;
• a breakfast buffet, an awards luncheon, and the RCI Foundations Reception on March 19; and
• the annual meeting of members and the president’s reception and annual banquet on March 20.

These events offer a variety of benefits ranging from cash prizes to learning and networking opportunities. Registration[1] for the RCI International Convention and Trade Show will open in early January, with early registration ending February 13. Exhibition[2] information is already online.
