Boston-based architectural and interior design firm Margulies Perruzzi Architects (MPA) has revealed the renovation of a 9290-m2 (100,000-sf) office building, located in Framingham, Massachusetts, for development company National Development.

Built in 1997, the three-story building required an updated look and the addition of modern amenities. MPA redesigned the building’s two-story lobby, fixing the space with new lighting, flooring, and glass handrails along the stairs and mezzanine. The updated ground floor now includes a food service area with seating, as well as a 142-m2 (1525-sf) conference center and a fitness center. Additionally, landscape architects from Hawk Design reworked the building’s front walk, adding new plants and an outdoor patio.

“MPA recognizes what tenants require in order to attract great talent and retain key employees, and their design for 100 Crossing Blvd. really transformed a dated office building into a bright building with appealing amenities,” said William Kennedy, asset manager at National Development.
