After nearly 20 years, Andy Cohen and Diane Hoskins will transition from their roles as co-CEOs to become design firm Gensler’s first global co-chairs. As part of a planned succession strategy, they will be replaced by Julia Simet and Jordan Goldstein as incoming co-CEOs to lead the firm’s day-to-day operations, effective January 1, 2024.
