Suffolk, a leading national construction enterprise, has named Patricia Solorzano as vice-president and project executive for its Dallas/Fort Worth team.

With a track record of successful project management spanning 17 years at Austin Commercial, Solorzano brings her expertise to Suffolk’s ongoing projects at Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport (DFW).

As the region’s travel surges beyond pre-pandemic levels, Suffolk is managing the DFW Terminal C Renovation and the groundbreaking zero-carbon Electric Central Utility Plant (eCUP).

Solorzano is expected to provide leadership and transparency, aligning project teams with Suffolk’s commitment to safety, quality, and innovation. The ambitious projects aim to enhance DFW’s resiliency, efficiency, and sustainability, working toward a net-zero carbon goal by 2030.

“Suffolk is thrilled to add Patricia to our growing team of strategic and innovative leaders in Dallas/Fort Worth,” says Brad Brown, president of Suffolk Texas. “As a Dallas native and Texas A&M graduate, Patricia is a hometown success story, having led the management of some of the region’s most recognizable projects; and she will play a pivotal role in Suffolk Texas’ rapid growth.”

“I am thrilled to join Suffolk’s Texas team and play an important role in the projects fueling the growth and development of the Dallas/Forth Worth region,” says Solorzano. “Our strong relationships and innovative technologies allow Suffolk to consistently deliver operational excellence for our clients. I look forward to implementing Suffolk’s proven processes and leveraging my passion for mentorship to further establish Suffolk as both a preferred contractor and a standout workplace in Dallas/Fort Worth.”
