Nithya Caleb, the editor of The Construction Specifier[1], interviewed Corey Zussman, director of quality management for Pepper Construction[2], at CONSTRUCT[3], an AEC education program and expo. Here is an extract from the interview where Zussman makes a case for proper construction sequencing, from pre-installation to completion, and the importance of involving all the stakeholders so as to successfully complete projects.
