Zweig Group has revealed the winners of the 2023 Best Firms to Work for Awards, which honors outstanding workplaces in the architecture, engineering, environmental, planning, construction, and related field.

These companies are recognized for their investment in the employee experience, based on whether they have created an environment where workers feel valued, can make a difference, and can see where their contribution fits into the overall mission and success of the firm.

Firms were evaluated comprehensively, from a management and staff perspective, on culture, workplace practices, employee benefits, employee retention rates, professional development, and more. Awards were given in multiple categories based on firm size and discipline.

“The Best Firms To Work For program is more than an awards program. It is a powerful and industry-specific benchmarking platform that provides a view of what the employee experience looks like in today’s top performing AEC firms,” says Zweig Group CEO, Chad Clinehens. “Firms can use this ranking and the data it yields to develop strategies and initiatives to drive greater returns on the investment in their people. With the current unprecedented challenge in the labor market in the AEC industry, winners of the 2023 Best Firms To Work For have much to celebrate this year.”

Winners will be honored at a black tie gala during the 2023 Elevate AEC Conference at the new Omni PGA Frisco Resort outside of Dallas, Texas on September 13-15. Winners will be featured in Zweig Group’s weekly management newsletter, The Zweig Letter, and Zweig Group’s other marketing channels.

Zweig Group, three times on the Inc. 500/5000 list, is the industry leader and premiere authority in AEC firm management and marketing, the go-to source for data and research, and a provider of customized learning and training. The firm has offices in Dallas and Fayetteville, Arkansas.
